Letter for Assembly Bill A1274
Dear Commissioners and Firefighters:
Attached are two (2) similar letters that we have drafted for your convenience. They are addressed to your Assemblyman and/or Assemblywoman encouraging their favorable action on Assembly Bill 1274. This bill, which has been passed in the Senate on May 2nd, 2011, would amend the consolidation and dissolution bill passed in 2009. Assembly bill 1274 contains many of the suggested amendments that we sought last year.
